BROCKTON, Mass. — One person is dead, and another is injured after a crash involving pedestrians in Brockton.
According to police, around 6:40 a.m., officers responded to the area of North Main Street and Livingston Road for a serious motor vehicle incident involving pedestrians.
Upon arrival, officers found a male and a female, both in their 40s, in the roadway.
The female died, and the male was taken to a local hospital.
The vehicle involved remained at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
