Weston police searching for masked suspect in connection with ‘suspicious’ incident

WESTON, Mass. — The Weston Police Department is asking for the public’s help regarding a suspicious incident that occurred early Sunday morning.

Between 2:30 a.m. and 3:30 a.m., home surveillance cameras captured a masked person walking around a private property on Highland Street.

Pictures show the suspect carrying an object while wearing a facial mask, gloves and a bicycle helmet.

There is no evidence that the individual entered the home, but it is suspected that the person’s intentions were not lawful.

Weston police are asking that residents in the Highland Street area review their home surveillance footage between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. on Sunday.

Police say that even video showing someone walking, riding a bicycle or leaving the area could help their investigation.
