St. Peter’s Fiesta

It’s an annual tradition in Gloucester and a big celebration of Italian-American heritage. St. Peter’s Fiesta is underway, and it runs through the weekend! The five-day festival includes a road race, live music, boat races, and of course, the ‘Greasy Pole contest. For more info and a lineup of events, visit the link here.

Boston Pizza Festival

Bead over to Boston’s City Hall Plaza and Mangia! The Boston Pizza Festival is happening this Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Entry to the festival is free, and then you buy your pizza by the slice using tickets that you can purchase now or at the festival. No refunds are given for unused tickets, so gauge your appetite carefully!

WaterFire in Providence

This event isn’t in Massachusetts, but it’s not too far over the state line. WaterFire in Providence, Rhode Island is a full lighting is happening this Saturday in the area of 4 North Main Street at Sunset, which is just before 8:30 p.m. The event concludes at midnight, although you don’t have to stay the whole time.
