Milford Police search for woman wanted in connection to assault at Burger King

MILFORD, Mass. — The Milford Police are searching for a woman who’s wanted in connection to allegedly assaulting an employee and damaging property at a Burger King on Beaver Street.

Police told Boston 25 News they were alerted to an incident on Friday, Jan. 14, after receiving calls that a man and woman were unimpressed with their food quality at the Burger King. The fast-food employees were willing to refund the couple, but the woman proceeded to get out of her vehicle, breaking the restaurant’s drive-thru window, police say.

Authorities were told the woman threw multiple items at the employees and punched an employee before fleeing the scene. There were no serious injuries reported. There are pending charges of assault and battery, malicious destruction of property over $1,200, disorderly conduct, and disturbing the peace.
