Boston police searching for 2 teenage girls who have been missing for nearly a week

BOSTON — Police in Boston are turning to the public for help tracking down a pair of teenage girls who have been missing for nearly a week, officials announced Tuesday.

Asia Bridgeman, 17, was last seen in the area of 23 Warner Street around 4 p.m. June 1, according to the Boston Police Department.

Bridgeman was last known to be wearing a gray crop top, black biker shorts, and slip-on slides.

Bridgeman is known to frequent the areas of Wainwright Park and Ginita Street in Dorchester, and police say she may be in the company of Franyelis Arias, who was also reported missing on the same day.

Arias was last seen around 7:45 a.m. that day after being dropped off at Tech Boston Academy, according to police.

Arias is known to frequent the Wainwright Park area.

Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is urged to contact Boston police.
