2 arrested after riots in Manchester, NH as police issue warrant for third suspect

MANCHESTER, New Hampshire — Police have arrested two people and are searching for a third suspect on a warrant after protests in Manchester turned violent this week.

Three arrest warrants were issued Thursday for people involved in the protests, after police reviewed several videos of people being disruptive and acting recklessly on South Willow Street on Tuesday night.

Police said Kyle Toledo, 20, of Hooksett, New Hampshire turned himself in on a warrant for reckless conduct and riot.

On Friday, during a motor vehicle stop in Hooksett, police arrested Dylan Smith, 23, of Deerfield, New Hampshire. Smith faces three felony counts of riot. Police say they identified Smith as the man in videos that show him throwing a rock at uniformed officers, and throwing a water bottle at a bus and another at officers.

Antwan Stroud, 18, of Manchester is still currently wanted by police for criminal liability for conduct of another, reckless conduct and riot.
