HOPKINTON, Mass. — UPDATE: The hearing has been postponed until March 29. FOX25 will be there as the hearing approaches.
------------
The owner of a Hopkinton dog kennel will be arraigned Monday on an animal cruelty charge.
A state investigation found there were “continuous” unsanitary conditions at Greyhound Friends.
The town pulled the kennel’s license last month, then the state issued a cease and desist order.
Louise Coleman founded the kennel decades ago.
Coleman will appear in Framingham District Court on Monday. On Tuesday the Board of Supervisors will meet to decide what to do with her license.
