EAST BROOKFIELD, Mass. — The daughter of a local woman killed in a hit and run last week is asking for answers.
Lisa Germain, a 54-year-old nurse from Worcester, was hit and killed in East Brookfield while trying to cross Route 9.
Police have released photos of two cars captured on surveillance video leaving that deadly crash, but Germain's daughter says after one week, no one has come forward.
"I have moments of intense sadness and moments where I think it can't be true," said Erica Paradis.

MORE: E. Brookfield police searching for 2 vehicles connected to deadly hit-and-run
Police said it's been several years since anyone has been hit by a car in the area. They said the area where this deadly hit-and-run occurred was congested, and at the bottom of a hill on a stormy night.
"To know that someone in one of those vehicles is the reason that my mother is gone. It hurts. I just wish they could find it in their hearts to come forward," said Paradis.
