Snake? Snaaaakkkkke!! At appx 9:30 last evening, officers responded to F1 Boston for a reported disturbance in the parking lot. It appears a rattlesnake was refused entry for failing to provide a valid drivers license and was now rattling up a storm in disapproval. Animal Control was unable to assist as he (being so excited as he is always up for a challenge) had inadvertently grabbed his hockey bag instead of his snake charming tools. We had to call in the big guns (environmental popo) who responded, secured the noisy serpent and released it far far from Braintree. It isn’t too often we receive rattlesnake calls, however we wanted to give you some tipssssss 1. Do not try and be the next snapface sensation and try and grab a “selfie” with Mr. Snake. 2. Distance is your friend 3. If he’s rattling, you’re too close 4. No matter how macho you are in real life (or social media), running away screaming like a 4 year old girl is socially acceptable. #braintree #snakecops #certified #instaimgettinoutofhere #snakesofinstagram
