CHELMSFORD, Mass. — All lanes on I-495 in Chelmsford have been re-opened after an emergency helicopter landing forced both directions to be closed off.
Massachusetts State Police announced via Twitter that I-495 north and south were closed at route 3 so a medical helicopter could land.
A motorcycle accident caused critical injuries to two people who had to be transported to a local hospital by helicopter.
