BOSTON — A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in West Roxbury Wednesday morning, police tell Boston 25 News.
A man was hit by a car at the corner of Stimson and Washington streets in West Roxbury just after 7 a.m., where a trail of destruction was littered with evidence markers Wednesday afternoon.
"People drive crazy on this street," Roger Rakauskas, who lives nearby, told Boston 25 News. "It's a shame, there are signs all over the place that the mayor pur up with kids, youth kids and family. I mean, there is a school here. There's a playground right behind us."
Boston Police say the driver stayed on the scene and called the police to report the accident.
