The annual event for children with disabilities hosted by East Boston Neighborhood Health Center

BOSTON — More than 160 local children and teens who are living with multiple disabilities enjoyed a holiday celebration with gifts and free family photos Sunday afternoon.

East Boston Neighborhood Health Center hosted the annual CATCH program holiday event with COVID safety protocols in place for the special longstanding tradition.

The CATCH Program serves children with multiple disabilities living in underserved communities including East Boston, Chelsea, Revere, Everett, Winthrop, and other Boston areas.

The CATCH Program uses a team approach to early intervention and overall health to develop an individualized health plan for each participant.

The East Boston Neighborhood Health Center has been a vital part of its community for the last 50 years, providing easily accessible, high-quality health care to all who live and work in East Boston and the surrounding communities.

EBNHC supports over 1,000 employees and handles 300,000 visits per year – more than any other ambulatory care center in New England.
