Recall alert: Hasbro recalls Super Soakers due to too much lead ink in sticker

Hasbro and the Consumer Product Safety Commission have announced a recall involving Super Soakers.

The water guns covered by the recall are the XP 20 and XP 30, both exclusively sold by Target.

Almost 53,000 water guns have been sold.

The water guns are being recalled because the sticker that is on the gun’s tank contains too much lead in the ink, above the legal federal limit.

If you own a recalled water gun, you should take it away from children and contact Hasbro at 888-664-3323 or email the company at SuperSoakerRecall@Hasbro.com to claim a full refund.
