LAWRENCE, KS — One police department wants you to know that, despite your strong feelings, getting angry with a presidential candidate is not a valid reason to call 911.
The Lawrence Police Department in Kansas quickly racked up more than 20,000 "retweets" and 25,000 "likes" for their polite reminder, followed by a tip for anyone partaking in a debate-style drinking game.

We realize politics can make emotions run high, but being mad at a presidential candidate in a debate is NOT a reason to call 911.
Additionally, drinking games where you drink every time someone says "yuge" leads to binge drinking, and we discourage that strongly

Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump went head to head Monday night in a debate. Things quickly got heated as the candidates tackled the topics of race relations, the role of police, the Charlotte protests and Homeland Security.
