Two people seriously injured in Roslindale car crash

BOSTON — Two people suffered life-threatening injuries after a sedan collided with an SUV in Roslindale on Thursday night.

According to Boston Police, the crash happened at around 9:15 p.m. in the area of 3961 Washington Street, close to the Forest Hills MBTA stop.

First responders transported two people from the scene with injuries that appear to be life-threatening.

Officers at the scene have closed off an entire stretch of Washington Street near the intersection with Archdale Road. It is still unclear how the crash happened.

Police are still canvassing the area to learn more about what could have led to the crash.
