In a time of giving, NH man steals donation jar

A 41-year-old New Hampshire man was arrested after surveillance footage aired on the evening news showing the suspect stealing a donation jar from a Manchester business.

According to police, the suspect stole a St. Jude's Children's Hospital donation jar from the Domino's Pizza located at 150 Amory Street around 4 p.m. on Saturday.

When police arrived, the clerk told them that the suspect put the jar in his jacket pocket and left.

The reported theft was captured on tape and sent to various media outlets. As a result, police were able to identify the suspect as Lawrence Hulme.

A subsequent investigation resulted in his arrest for theft.
