BOSTON — A key witness in the Aaron Hernandez double murder trial is taking the stand for the third straight day.
During his cross examination Tuesday, Hernandez’s defense team tried to destroy Alexander Bradley’s credibility.
They said Bradley, who claims to be Hernandez’s former best friend, denied any involvement in the killings of two men outside a Boston nightclub in 2012.
They said during a jailhouse interview he told the mother of his daughter that he wasn’t involved. The defense also grilled Bradley about his immunity deal, his 14-year career as a drug dealer and the weapons he claims to own.
Hernandez’s defense team is trying to convince the jury that Bradley was the triggerman and not the former Patriots star.
