‘I’m famous’: Boy’s dream comes true when Prince, Princess of Wales stop to greet him in Somerville

SOMERVILLE, Mass — Dreams do come true!

Henry Dynov-Teixeira, 8, had his dreams come true Thursday when he met the royal couple.

Dynov-Teixeira, who was dressed in a British royal guard uniform stood outside Greentown Labs in Somerville hoping to meet the Prince and Princess of Wales.

Dynov-Teixeira said he wanted the outfit because when he went to London he saw the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace and decided he wanted that costume.

Dynov-Teixeira said the royals asked him what his name was, complimented his costume, and thanked him for the flowers he brought.

“I am going to scream to my BFF and tell them I’m famous because I got to be in like every single newspaper, on the TV. It was crazy,” Dynov-Teixeira said.

The Prince and Princess of Wales arrived in Boston yesterday, for a three-day trip touring multiple places in the greater Boston area.

Throughout the trip, Prince William’s eye will be on the Earthshot Prize, which is aimed at finding solutions to climate change and other environmental problems by the end of the decade.
