FOX25 Investigates: AAA cuts ties with tow company during police investigation

BOSTON — FOX25 Investigates has learned another agency is cutting ties with a local towing company after one of their drivers allegedly solicited female customers for sex.

After FOX25 contacted AAA and told them about the story, they said they would no longer be working with Perfection Towing of Watertown.

The driver worked for Perfection Towing until these alleged incidents came to light.

FOX25 Investigates broke the news Monday that Mass. State Police are investigating the driver after two women claimed he tried to engage them in sex acts while towing their cars and driving them home.

In both of those cases, state police had arranged the tows after incidents on the Mass Pike.

State police suspended Perfection Towing from its list of contractors indefinitely as part of the investigation.

On Tuesday, FOX25 Investigates learned AAA is doing the same.

"In the wake of recent allegations regarding Perfection Towing, AAA Northeast has suspended its agreement with the towing company, and Perfection Towing is not providing roadside assistance to AAA Northeast members."

Perfection Towing said they have fired the driver, but did not comment any further.

Investigators suspect there are more victims out there and they urge them to come forward.
