BOSTON — You'll soon be able to grab Dunkin' Donuts coffee while waiting for your train at Government Center.
The coffee shop is leasing space at the T stop and should be open just in time for pumpkin spice lattes, according to the MBTA.
Dunkin' Donunts will pay a rent for the space starting at over $112,000 and will eventually escalate that to almost $130,000 over five years.
The MBTA told FOX25 the lease is in addition to one with Fresh Mart, which will be renting space near the Blue Line in Government Center. The lease agreement with Fresh Mart is slated to bring in over $37,000 in the first year and grow to over $42,000 in five years.
Both are slated to open by the end of the summer, but Dunkin' Donuts may not be complete until the early Fall.
