FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — Questions remain about whether or not Patriots defensive end Chandler Jones received special treatment during a medical assist call with the Foxborough Police Department.
On Thursday, the Town of Foxborough released a partly redacted police report about the bizarre episode with Jones.
FOX25 wanted to ask the chief if he could be impartial and even waited hours at the police station to see if he would speak with us, but he refused.
The chief serves as the town's chief of policing services at Gillette Stadium. A statement put out by the town Thursday said there's no conflict.
Looking at the chiefs' salary, the 2014 Foxborugh Town report said the chief's yearly salary is $147,000, plus he gets another $34,000 from an unnamed third party vendor, totaling $182,000 for 2014 alone.

Events at Gillette generated nearly $3 million for the town, said the report.
A statement released Friday said the chief is busy planning for the AFC Divisional Playoff Saturday.
