WEYMOUTH, Mass. — A local magician who performs across New England has officially been charged with sexually assaulting children.
David Hussey, known by his stage name "David Oliver" was arrested in January after a monthslong investigation.

A grand jury has now indicted him on several counts of indecent assault on children under the age of 14.
The victims were allegedly assaulted while taking magic classes in Hussey's Rockland home.
Hussey is currently out on bail and has been ordered to stay away from anyone under the age of 18.
