MANSFIELD, Mass. — A child was taken to the hospital after a near-drowning in Mansfield, according to the fire department.
The two-year-old's injuries weren't deemed to be life-threatening, but the child was taken to the hospital after a float they were wearing fell off in the water, the Mansfield Fire Department said.
The child was submerged in water for about 10 to 15 seconds before being pulled from the water.
