A man was taken to a local area hospital after a shooting in Roxbury, police say.
Boston Police say the incident occurred around 5:45 a.m. on Gerard Street, and a 46-year-old man was shot in the stomach.
The victim called in the incident, and said he didn't know who had shot him.

The man was taken to the hospital, where he was conscious and alert.
No other details were released about any potential suspects.
