FEW SHOWERS OVERNIGHT
We’re tracking a damp and dreary night ahead with clouds sticking around along with areas of fog, drizzle, and a few passing showers. If you’re in the higher elevations across the interior, watch for a brief icy mix — especially late tonight into early Friday morning.
The steady wet weather tapers off just in time for the morning commute, winding down between about 7–9 AM. After that, we’ll hang onto plenty of clouds through the day, but temperatures will be mild with highs near 60°.
Good news if you’re heading to the Red Sox Home Opener at Fenway Park — while it won’t be bright and sunny, it will be dry and comfortable for first pitch.
WEEKEND IN VIEW
Saturday starts off mild with temperatures climbing into the 50s early, but don’t get too used to it — colder air moves in during the afternoon. The upside? We’ll finally see some sunshine return. A few spot showers are possible late Saturday night.
Sunday is shaping up to be unsettled again. We’ll start with clouds, and rain develops sometime after midday, continuing through the evening. It will be milder with highs in the low 60s, but definitely a soggy setup if you have Easter plans.
We turn things around to start the new week — sunshine returns Monday with slightly cooler temperatures in the low 50s.
