In the final week of high school football in Massachusetts, King Philip took on North Andover in the Division 2 Super Bowl at Gillette Stadium.
The two teams took to the field after Nashoba won the Division 3 Super Bowl by shutting out Dighton-Rehoboth 31-0.
In the end, the Division 2 Super Bowl turned out to be the opposite of a game in a defensive showdown to the final whistle.
Jake McElroy was the lone player to find the end zone in the game, running it in for the Scarlet Knights to give them a 6-0 lead in what would be the lone points scored through the entire game.
The Scarlet Knights took home their first Super Bowl since 1994, ending King Philip's hopes for a three-peat with the win.
