As Brady propels himself into the history books, it's time to look back at the 10 best touchdown passes of his career.

10 - Tom Brady connects with Tim Wright against the Bengals in 2014
What's impressive in this throw isn't the ball placement, or how far it goes. In fact, it's a little inaccurate with Brady throwing behind Tim Wright.

But, the impressive part of this throw is just how hard the ball is thrown. Coming off an embarrassing loss to the Chiefs, Brady and the Patriots came out firing against the Bengals. On this throw, Brady snaps off a rocket of a throw, leading his team into the end zone in the process.

9 - Tom Brady's first-ever touchdown pass in the NFL
This one is important more for sentimental reasons.

Yes, the TD throw itself is impressive, especially for his first in the NFL. But looking back, this was the tip of the iceberg for Brady’s passing career. And now, with the most overall touchdown passes in NFL history, we can look back on this one and see where it all began.

8 - Tom Brady throws his first touchdown pass of many to Randy Moss
This throw was the third touchdown thrown by Brady in the 2007 season and his first to Randy Moss.

And, boy, did it give us a preview of the offensive show that was about to unfold during the season.

At first glance, maybe it isn’t the best decision to throw into triple coverage against the Jets’ secondary. But Moss does a great job of getting open, and Brady puts the ball in the perfect spot for his receiver to catch it. On top of that, he makes that near-perfect throw from 55 yards away.

7 - A flea-flicker in the snow from Tom Brady to Randy Moss against the Titans
Seeing Brady throw deep passes to Moss was a staple during their careers playing together.

And, while this throw looks similar enough to their touchdowns against the Jets and Giants on this list, there is a significant difference. This toss comes off of a flea flicker in a driving snow storm.

So, not only does Brady have to make a deep throw to Moss when visibility is lesser than usual, but he has to do so after catching a pitch in the snow from his running back.

He did both with ease, finding his first of five touchdowns in that game’s first half.

6 - Tom Brady throws a clutch pass to Brandon LaFell against Ravens in the playoffs
This score comes in clutch time after a lengthy comeback at Gillette Stadium, much like many of Brady's touchdown throws in his career.

This time, however, the stakes were high with the comeback occurring in the playoffs.

Additionally, the opponents were the Baltimore Ravens, who had proven they could beat New England in New England with postseason wins in 2009 and 2012.

After a pair of two-score rallies, Brady finally gives his team the lead with this great through to LaFell. Small window and blanket coverage behind him means Brady has to make a perfect throw…and he does.

Tom Brady throws a Super Bowl spiral to David Patten against the Rams

A hallmark of Brady’s career has been his ability to throw the ball into windows where only his receivers can make the catch, even if it seems like a near-impossible catch to make.

Despite it being his first year as a starter and his first Super Bowl appearance, Brady showcases that trademark skill early on. Like John Madden says, Brady puts this ball only where Patten can get it. He also does that on the biggest stage he had been on up to that point.

4 - Tom Brady launches one to Troy Brown to beat the Dolphins in overtime
A game-winning, nearly full-field touchdown pass in overtime.

This was one of the most jaw-dropping throws Brady has had in his career. What really makes this even more impressive though is the fact that Brady had to scramble before heaving this one to Brown.

He escapes a closing pocket, then throws a tight spiral to win the game in a place where he historically would struggle.

3 - Tom Brady finds Rob Gronkowski in the Super Bowl before halftime against the Seahawks:
Another Super Bowl touchdown by TB12 – Brady has 18 of them.

This one is the product of being able to read a defense and react quickly. With Rob Gronkowski set up wide and with single coverage, Brady makes the quick decision to snap the ball and throw quickly before Seattle adjusts.

Not only does he have to react in a moment, but he also must make an accurate throw immediately after. He does just that with a pass up and in front of the towering Gronk, who reaches up with little pushback from his defender.

2 - Tom Brady completes a comeback with a pass to Kenbrell Thompkins against the Saints
Another hallmark of Brady's career has been his ability to will his team to victory despite large deficits.

Against the Saints in 2013, Brady added another come-from-behind victory to his resume. He caps off the crazy finish at Gillette with a fantastic, far, end zone throw to Kenbrell Thompkins. In the clutch, Brady remained calm and delivered a strike where only Thompkins could grab it, delivering the first of two shocking wins in New England on that October day.

1 - Tom Brady sets the regular season record for touchdown passes against the Giants
Not only did this pass set two single-season NFL records, but it was also a fantastic throw. Brady unloads this throw 65 yards downfield and places it perfectly over Moss's left shoulder.

Great arm strength, great accuracy, this one has it all.
