AUBURN, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com)â A Worcester man was arrested on OUI charges for the 11th time Friday.
David Silvestri, 60, was arrested for driving under the influence three times in Massachusetts, three times in Texas and five times in Florida, officials reported. This will be Silvestriâs fourth OUI in the Commonwealth.
The 60-year-old will be charged in Mass. for a fourth offense OUI because of discrepancies on his out-of-state criminal records. According to Mass. DMV laws, a fourth OUI offense can lead to a license suspension of up to 10 years.
Silvestri is scheduled to be arraigned Friday morning at Worcester District Court.
