(MyFoxBoston.com) -- A woman who says she was raped by several suspects in a dorm at UMass Amherst is now suing the men and the school.
The suit charges each of the four defendants with sexual assault, and false imprisonment. It also accuses UMass of negligence and failing to protect her. Three suspects have been found guilty.
The fourth goes on trial next month.
