Witch wins in Salem court against warlock

SALEM, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A witch won a protective order against a warlock in court Thursday in Salem, just days before Halloween.

Witch Lori Sforza claimed the last three years warlock Christian Day regularly harassed her over the phone as well as on Facebook.

"I fear for my life," said Sforza.

When the judge asked if Sforza can use her psychic abilities to see into her own future, she replied, "That's why I am here today."

"She's a liar...anyone who knows me, even my haters, because I'm rather well known, will tell you if I have something to say, I say it to your face," said Day, defending himself.

The pair were previously friends, and had banded together to speak out against actor Charlie Sheen in 2011. At one point they were reportedly in talks with TLC for a reality show together. Day claimed the dispute started three years ago when Sforza allegedly opened a magic shop behind his back.

Day denied the claims of harassment; Sforza admitted she never called police once the last three years.

"I didn't want to bring scandal to the city of Salem," said Sforza.

Sforza's lawyer called several witness, corroborating her claims of harassment and Day's use of vile language toward her. The judge ruled in Sforza's favor, granting the order of protection, saying her testimony was heartfelt and credible to him.

"It was not my voice and it was not me. And I plan to appeal this all the way to the Supreme Court," said Day.

"His own spell is this: look in the mirror and know what justice is. You are your own worst curse," said Sforza after court.

As for the date of the hearing, the judge said the court scheduled it.
