BOSTON — A driver captured video on Sunday of a bicyclist pedaling on the Southeast Expressway.
Autumn Lopez told Boston 25 News she captured the shocking sight around 4 p.m. Saturday.
Lopez wrote on Facebook, she was “flabbergasted.”
Boston 25 News reached out to Massachusetts State Police for comment.
State law says people who ride a bike on a highway can face a $20 civil violation.
