US files criminal charges in deadly Benghazi attack

WASHINGTON (MyFoxBoston.com) – The Justice Department has filed criminal charges in the deadly attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.

The Justice Department spokesman would not comment because the investigation is ongoing.

The Wall Street Journal is reporting the charges were sealed and the number of suspects was not named.

Four Americans were killed in the attacks, including Winchester native and former Navy SEAL Glen Doherty.

There are other reports that the leader of a Libyan militia is named in the charges.
