WEST WARWICK, R.I. — Tuesday marks 15 years since the deadly Station nightclub fire in Rhode Island.

One hundred people were killed and more than 200 were injured when the West Warwick nightclub went up in flames.

Survivors and their families crowded around the Station Memorial Park stage as many spoke of the loss of life 15 years ago.

The fire claimed lives within five minutes. The club was not equipped with a sprinkler system which many blame for the deaths.
