BOSTON — A Massachusetts State Trooper who admitted to claiming hours of overtime that he never worked will be sentenced Thursday.
Gary Herman, 45, pleaded guilty to one charge of embezzlement in October.
Herman was assigned to Troop E, which patrolled the Mass. Pike but was dissolved last year amid the overtime scandal.
