We saw her grow up on the small screen from her breakthrough role at only 3 years old on “The Cosby Show” to the Disney Channel show “That’s So Raven” and finally co-host of “The View.”
Now Raven-Symoné is a married woman.
She made the announcement on Instagram that she married her partner, Miranda Maday.
The ceremony was held Thursday, US Weekly reported.
Raven came out in 2013 when gay marriage was legalized nationwide, Entertainment Tonight reported.
The next year in an interview with Oprah Winfrey, the actress said, according to ET, “In that topic of dating and in love, I knew when I was like, 12. I was looking at everything. I don’t want to be labeled gay. I want to be labeled a human who loves humans.”
She also said she pushed herself to be attracted to boys because it was her Raven-Symoné brand, US Weekly reported.
