CINCINNATI — If you are going to headbutt your football coach, it’s a good idea to remove your helmet.

An offensive lineman for Army nearly knocked an assistant coach silly when he decided to give him a headbutt during Saturday’s game against Cincinnati, CBS Sports reported. Senior offensive lineman Mike Johnson was walking toward the sideline after the Black Knights made a first down when fullbacks coach Mike Viti tried to give him a hug.

Instead, Johnson popped Viti with his helmet, staggering his coach.

Army was also knocked off its feet, falling 24-10 to Cincinnati.

Viti lost his balance and had to be helped to his feet by another staff member, and another player helped the coach remain upright, CBS Sports reported.
