The Mega Millions lottery jackpot has risen to $660 million in advance of tonight’s drawing, lottery officials announced.

The jackpot, which is now the third-largest in the history of the nationwide lottery game, grew by $30 million after there was no top prize winner in Tuesday’s game.
The winner of the grand prize will have the option of taking an annuity which pays out over 30 years, or the cash payout, a one-time lump sum. The cash payout for $660 million would be $376.9 million.
The last time someone won the Mega Millions jackpot was on April 15. The odds of winning a Mega Millions jackpot are 1 in 302,575,350.
Mega Millions drawings are held on Tuesdays and Fridays, and the winning numbers drawn Tuesday were: 2, 31, 32, 37, 70 and Mega Ball 25.
