WARREN, Ohio — Salvation Army employees in Warren, Ohio, near Cleveland, made a shocking discovery when one of the bags that had been dropped off started moving.
A worker found a dog in a donated bag at the Salvation Army's thrift store, WFMJ reported.
She had flea dermatitis but was treated for it and received other vaccinations, WFMJ reported.
Daisy, as she's being called, was picked up by an animal advocate who took her to a veterinarian to have her checked out.
Daisy had no tags or a microchip, and authorities are looking for any information to lead them to who dropped her off at the organization, WFMJ reported.
