Third racial incident reported at Framingham State University

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. — A third racial incident was reported at Framingham State University Sunday.

The university has added a page to its website – "Racism Response: Timeline & Updates."

On that page, the school says an incident was reported in Larned Hall.

A flyer with racially offensive writing was found under the door of an African American student’s dorm.

This comes less than two weeks after two other racist incidents reported on campus.

Two female students found facial slurs written on the door of their dorm room on October 13. Maintenance worked quickly to scrub the message away. But the girls reported the same slur on their dorm door 3 days later.

On Oct. 16, police were working with FSU officials to look for a possible connection with the first two incidents.
