YARMOUTH, Mass. — A teenager in Yarmouth is being treated for serious injuries after sustaining a fall from a water tower on Saturday afternoon.
Yarmouth Police said a call came in shortly before 6:00 p.m. at German Hill Road.
Both fire and police departments responded to the call, but have not released any information on why the teen was at the water tower.
Officers were at the hospital trying to gather more information on this incident.
The victim was first transported to Cape Cod Hospital and eventually was taken to Tuft Medical Center in Boston.
