TAUNTON, Mass. — A student in Taunton is being held without bail after police said he threatened to shoot up the high school.
Kane Jefferson, 18, was arraigned Monday after he was arrested on several charges, including making terroristic threats.
Resource officers said Jefferson entered the school Monday and said he was going to disarm and kill them and come back with an AR-15 rifle and shoot up the school.
According to their report, Jefferson had been suspended on the first day of school and was at the center of several complaints regarding school safety.
He will be back in court next week.
