HAVERHILL, Mass. — On Tuesday afternoon, an SUV hit an MVRTA bus between Kenoza and Victory Streets in Haverhill.
A witness at the scene said the vehicle moved onto the bus side of the road as both vehicles were driving on Kenoza Street and hit the bus.
The car crashed into the "street side" of the bus. The driver was taken to a local hospital for observation. A pregnant woman who was a passenger in the bus was also taken to the hospital.
The Haverhill Fire Department responded to the scene, yet they still don't know how many other passengers were on the bus.
The driver of the SUV refused treatment on scene but was transported.
