CONCORD, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) - Get ready to get hungry the next time you buy a New Hampshire Lottery ticket. The lottery is launching its first scratch-and-sniff lottery ticket.
The scent is bacon bacon bacon!
The "I Heart Bacon Scratch Ticket" scented tickets have been on sale for a couple weeks.
The grand prize is $1,000.
"The (NH) Lottery is focused on developing new and fun ways to engage customers. The I Heart Bacon scratch ticket combines two things people love: the chance to win cash and the wonderful, enticing smell of bacon," said Charlie McIntyre, executive director of the New Hampshire Lottery Commission.
To promote the new ticket, the lottery will be handing out free slices of bacon at various locations in southern New Hampshire this weekend.
