CONCORD, NH (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A faculty member at a Boston college is facing several child pornography charges Monday.
Alyssa Azotea, 37, of Concord, N.H. was arrested on seven charges, including child pornography in connection with a case out of Hollis. Azotea works as a part-time faculty member at Simmons College and is now on paid leave.
The college released the following statement Monday, "Simmons College just learned that a part-time faculty member who has worked at the college since 2011 is under investigation in New Hampshire. The charges, if true, would be deeply disturbing. Consistent with our policy, this faculty member has been put on paid leave pending the outcome of this matter."
Police say she's connected to David Pelusi who was also arrested on child porn charges last week. Azotea is being held on $11,000 bail.
