The Boston Globe says Justina Pelletier is being treated at Philadelphia Children's Hospital for what her family is calling "acute gastrointestinal distress."
Pelletier's family also told the paper that they're working with a lawyer on a possible lawsuit against Massachusetts DCF and Boston Children's Hospital for accusing them of harming Justina physically and psychologically.
