BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Police are investigating a shooting in Roxbury Wednesday.
At about 3:30 p.m., officers responded to the area of 1170 Tremont St. near Whittier Street by the Madison Park Technical Vocational High School for the report of a person stabbed. When police arrived, they found that the victim had actually been shot in the leg.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
There is no word on any arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
