Police in Southborough warn residents of aggressive, sick coyotes

SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Police in Southborough are warning residents to beware of sick or aggressive coyotes.

A resident of Granuaile Road told police he was chased by a large, aggressive coyote at about 4:30 p.m. Saturday, reports the MetroWest Daily News.

The man said the coyote "would not leave him alone" and eventually charged at him.

Officials are reminding residents to never approach or feed coyotes.

The following day, police fielded reports of a sick-looking coyote on Boswell and Saddle Hill lanes, reports the newspaper.
