STURBRIDGE, Mass. — The fire marshal and Worcester district attorney are investigating an arson at a Sturbridge Walmart.
According to police, someone started a fire at the store Tuesday night. The flames began just before 5:30 p.m. and were put out fairly quickly.
The Walmart was evacuated and equipment was brought in to clear smoke from the building. No one was hurt, the Telegram and Gazette reports.
The Walmart was closed Wednesday.
