MANCHESTER, N.H. — A Massachusetts man was arrested in New Hampshire in connection to a shooting in Lynn, according to police.
Edwin Flores, 24, was arrested in Manchester over the weekend after police got a tip as to where the suspect, who lives in Lynn, was staying.
Police say Flores was involved in the shooting death of Philip Russo on July 11 in Lynn. Police say it happened at Flores' home.
Michael Tate, 28, was arrested in July in connection to the death.
