Police: 6 dead after buses collide in Baltimore

BALTIMORE — Police say six people are dead after a school bus and a commuter bus crashed in southwest Baltimore.

Baltimore Police spokesman T.J. Smith said there were also injuries in the crash Tuesday morning.

Video from above the scene shows the front part of a yellow school bus smashed into the side of a Maryland Transit Administration bus. The driver's side of the MTA bus is ripped off with debris spilling down onto the road.

Police confirm no students were on the school bus at the time.
